THANKS FOR YOUR PICKS


We started Pickista in 2011 as a social platform to help people solve decision dilemmas with the help of their friends.

We focused on indecisions influenced by aesthetics because their subjective nature makes these dilemmas harder to solve.  These questions are common for young families with kids, who like us were first-timers with everything.

Your feedback, questions, and PICKS guided you to make better purchases and this totally validated our approach. But unfortunately, my efforts to increase participation failed to generate enough traction to make Pickista a stand-alone business. For this reason, I’ve decided it’s time to close shop and move on.

I cannot thank you enough for all your support. What started as a curious thought and a personal pursuit became larger than I could have ever imagined, and it was all because of you. I will always be grateful.

We built this page to keep the memories alive, to share thoughts about the project and to keep you all up to date with the latest projects of the Pickista team.
